perfume of jamine
elusive springtime delight
now inside my tea
I’m so sorry I just now saw I skipped the s in jasmine 😦
I like “jamine,” though. A bit Frenchy. 🙂
C’est pas si mal c’est vrai…le parfume de jambon! 🙂
A delight of jasmine
Just beyond a winter’s grasp
Inside and outside
as winter rages
you and I’ll drink rose hip tea
writing our renga
In raging autumn
Renga ’round the rose hips, dear
Shields us from winter
Lovely by the fire
Warm as the days grow shorter
Jambon and red wine
Okay, ham it up
Swill as much plonk as you like
Jasmine’s still sweeter
Yep!
